temp 34, light rain, brecksville and south on horse trails, buckeye trail. just a slow steady pace, probably about 35 min of walking thrown in, mostly on downhills.

right after ride, cut behind terry lumber and up the abandoned rd to buckeye trail, then bopped around, very sore on ups

from boston store, W and S , furthest was fixler/boneta then back. After about 2:45, started to feel significantly better, so did more. Entire ride was in small chainring, because battery was dead on front derailleur, thank goodness rear was working fine, so avgMPH 17.3, and garmin said new record for ascending, just under 5,000 feets.

Checked out path for roller ski and it's still a mess after weekend storms. Twigs, sticks, bark, etc so no first roller ski, however.......

Seneca gc parking lot has lights, it was empty, and no debris, so putzed around getting acquainted w roller skis
