Easy along to the locks just beyond Apperley Bridge and back on the canal path. Lower back started hurting after 20 minutes (getting progressively earlier and still hurting a little the next day), rest didn't help when I was on holiday so I think I should cut cycling out for a bit, fix my mountain bike to see if I have the same problem on that, and actually work on my core which will either sort the back problem, or give me abs.
