I was planning to go on a proper ride at the weekend, and had even woken up at 6:45 to do so on Sunday, but my knee was a bit too sore to make it seem fun. Then I was going to go on a decent walk but I hit my knee again which was very painful, so I didn't go on a walk until the evening, probably about 7km at 8-9 min/km.

This was meant to be a run day before the physio, but I woke up and my foot was already really sore so headed out to Arthington instead. Not expecting too much from myself I was pleased to be very close still to my pb, I paced it better this time but I still should have pushed more at the start I think. I was a lot faster on the steep end section than before 2:25 vs 2:40 for 460m at 14.2% avg. 5:54 vs 5:49 on the official segment, but this includes flat beyond the summit, so in future I'll use this instead
