Up and down British camp from car park - less than 5 minutes to top, less than 8 minutes up and down. Then a long the hills as far as the Wyche, had planned to go to North hill and then back to the Wyche but my left calf didn't feel right on the prolonged up hills.

Running 55:53 [2] 10.68 km (5:14 / km) +20m 5:11 / km
ahr:151 max:176

Easy along paths to Rampton-Cottenham road, trying to go on runs getting me on my feet for longer than 30 minutes before Scottish 6 days.

Managed only an average of 15 km/week in 2019, and I originally got injured in November 2018, so being very careful not to overdo anything and listen to my body so I can try and have a good winter.
