Running race (parkrun) 17:58 [4] 5.0 km (3:36 / km) +77m 3:20 / km

Had a 10m gap after a minute, running on my own for 2 laps then a busy last lap overtaking traffic. Couldn't be bothered to really push myself, didn't have anyone to race. No leg issues. Probably could have kept this up to 10km the way I felt at the end.

Orienteering (Night score) 1:04:03 [3] 9.62 km (6:39 / km) +183m 6:05 / km

Was using my dim bike light as I forgot my headtorch, it was raining, I turned up 2 minutes late, it wasn't that warm, I wore shorts, there was lots of unmapped undergrowth between me and the finish with 8 minutes left, and I expected to be pushing it, my bare legs got ripped up and stung a lot, bunned off two controls I wanted to get on the way back, got back late, cycled 30 mins with drenched and cold feet and my toes took 30 minutes and a shower to stop feeling numb. Not very fun all in all but mostly my fault.

Cycling (MTB) 1:19:00 [3] 22.25 km (3:33 / km) +331m 3:18 / km

To middleton woods, one lap of the red jumps loop, then one and a half loops of the red mountain bike route before heading into work. Was feeling too tired to actually push the cycling too hard, too early in the morning. Technically I can only improve by getting mtb shoes so I can be clipped in. Very sketchy trying to land back on both the saddle and the pedals when landing.
