Felt exhausted after yesterday, but have managed to fix my mtb brakes so I will be able to have off road fun on a more suitable bike, so that's a win

7 distinct climbs from Hardcastle crags through Heptonstall up Stoodley Pike and back. Would be nice to go up Stoodley pike again when you can see something. Quite slippy everywhere meant for a slow pace. I did run some downhill bits slowly by heel striking, but then it felt so unnatural I stopped. (moving time 3:15:49)

1 minute past midnight on 19th to try and get an extra day out of my work's (running and walking) distance challenge. Planning to walk a minimum of 70km a week. Will devise an in depth training plan later
