East Midlands Orienteering Champs - Grimsthorpe Estate - 2nd

Good fun, very patchy course moving between very fun technical patches of woods, the dead running between these was quite boring though. Not too many mistakes, perhaps a couple routechoice errors and a few 30 sec max errors. Got really bad blisters and shoes filled with thorns which made for painful running but managed to push through. Going to have a much easier week next week, can feel a few niggles coming in my right calf and left hamstring.
