RED January Day 23 - Terrain hill session on Jackey Bank: 5 x 1 min, 5 x 30 sec. Couldn't make training tonight so got my own session out the way. Not feeling 100%, can feel some sort of illness coming, coughing and spluttering a bit and a bit asthma wheezy... also my ankle is feeling a bit sorry for itself after I tweaked it a bit yesterday. Still enjoyed being out in the nice weather anyway.

RED January Day 22 - SYO Urban Night Score O, using maprun. Didn't register 3 controls and was a minute and a half late. Managed to get most controls, only missing three, all quite awkward ones. Just took it easy, treating it like a usual run. Would rather not run on tarmac so much but very enjoyable regardless.
