RED January Day 31 - Bouldering at the Depot w/ Liam, Tomos and Ben. Didn't really accomplish much other than some difficult routes I new I could do but was too tired for last time. RED January all done now though, time for a bit of a rest!

RED January Day 30 - Sprintervals around ponderosa. Intervals were downhill and followed a hill rep to make focusing difficult and make the focus on the nav rather than the running. Found it quite difficult to read map sometimes, may have just been the head torch glare on the map bag. Good fun and felt my flow was pretty decent at times, really nice to do it as group as was a good chance to improve my focus as I often get distracted in those situations.
