Nice session along the river - 3 * 5"(2) then 5 * 100m(100) @ XC pace
Was feeling quite tired before hand but glad I got out. Was moving along okay at the pace I planned apart from the last one where I was against the wind most the way. Right knee felt a bit weak on the rest/ beginning of the 2/3rd rep but was gone after a minute. L leg was also quite stiff but I presume both are due to fairly tight hamstrings.
Outside of my right knee (ITB I think) was a bit stiff afterwards but alright after a bit of a stretch.MIght have slightly overdone it in the S&C yesterday :/
