Morning sprint exercises

First one was a pairs quick relocation exercise with Rachel then on my own doing map memory.

Nav was alright, rushed slightly out of controls but had good plans on the map memory. Just need to remember to have a full plan of the control when going into it.

Foot felt good - only a couple of small aches. Sticked mostly to the grass

Good head to head racing with Jake for most of it. No major mistakes, only a few slight hesitations but felt quite slow.

Long run with Dad in the dying light

Felt good for the first ~5k, just a bit tired. Then L foot startedto ache a bit, getting worse on the road bit and downhill. Stopped and had a stretch and it was fine for about 5 mins then started to ache a bit, though not as bad. Dad picked up the pace going through the fields as it was getting dark which killed me off slightly but foot didn't get any worse.

Reckon it might be plantar fasciitis so being wary it. Rolled it with a frozen bottle when I got back and with a spike ball. Didn't hurt at all afterwards and only slightly achy the next morning so hopefully alright.

Have EMJOS training tommorow so will see how that goes but will have an easy week next week anyway as I've got the intercounties XC and the northern champs next weekend

Felt quite tired for the first half then lurked up a bit and added some more loops.

Feet felt a but wrecked near the end as was running on solid ground in new inov8s which is never good
