CST - Junior Men 2nd (3rd overall)

Good run. Legs tired and weren't moving along very quickly until Dom caught me at 9 then just tried to stick with him.

Mistakes:
1: Hesitant going in then got distracted by another control (1 min)
4: Didn't use a bearing and ended up too far to the right (45s)

Long run with Dad to parkrun.

Felt quite tired at the start but improved as it went on. Tempoed the parkrun and ended up with a decent time - 19:39. Kept it controlled at the start the pushed towards the end. Happy with that

HPRC Selby Road Hill reps

Pyramid session gradually getting further up the hill to the top then back down.

Felt alright. Was tough work on the further one's as Dad kept on trying to beat me up after I binned him on the 6th rep.Happy with the session and good fun - will hopefully be back there soon
