M16 - 14th

Went well through the first couple going at a good pace before I completely fucked up 3. Rushed out of the control and didn't have a good enough plan, despite noticing that this control would be quite hard. Took a bad bearing from the wrong place on the map then didn't keep map contact. Wandered off my bearing then sent 10 mins wandering round, relocating on the wrong things. EVentually found it then all fine for the rest of the course.

Super annoyed as without that I'd have come top 5 and had a great run :/

Good run. Felt like I made good routechoices overall and only a slight hesitation going into 7 after having a football kicked at me. Never felt I was going full out but happy with my pace.

Started off a bit quick on the first five then struggled through the 2nd to. Legs felt dead afterwards but good session and hopefully should recover for the weekend
