No major mistakes, just running fairly slowly. Legs felt decent though and no complaints from achillies or foot :)

Felt good and strong on both reps. Bit of a grind at the end of the second on but not too bad. Felt a lot easier than a similar session a couple months ago - good progress.

Good session. Felt quite stiff, especially going down the hill, and knee was slightly sore afterwards but not too bad

Easy recovery up to Sharphill

Inside of right knee a bit stingy and sore for the first ~1k then it eased off. Have no idea why it started hurting, maybe a bad gait or tight ITB which I've noticed for a while
