Bit painful for the first 10 mins ~2/10. Seemed to tighten up to ~5 and then stop and stretch and pretty much fine after that. Happy

Wasn't feeling too quick and was struggling at the end of the first set. Feeling better on the second one but heel started tightening up at the end

Not fun

Planned to do 3,2,1 but really struggled to keep pace on the first rep so just cut it to 2k. Struggled more on the next one and then my watch ran out of charge so just stopped there. Was sweating really bad afterwards then had to shuffle back home. Not really sure why it was so bad. Maybe haven't recovered from the long run, maybe the heat.

Very annoyed anyway; gonna take a big effort to go sub-17:30 next Tuesday
