felt pretty good today. spoke to the doctor yesterday and told just to wait another week and see how i feel. Feel like this hasn't worked before but will probably have a complete rest from running until I feel pretty much 100%

short jog. felt pretty average then got worse in the last 5 mins or so. Annoying as don't seem to be making any progress in feeling better for runs. Feeling less tried in normal life though which is at least a bit positive
