Legs felt pretty flat to start with and head just a bit cloudy. Never really felt great on the run and felt poor afterwards but perked up after a bit. Really annoying that even after a month whatever wrong is still sticking around

taken a week off to try and finally get back to normal. Still no idea what's wrong but have begun feeling better. Super easy jog with my brother. Felt alright, nice to be out
