surprisingly good. after feeling so crap the last couple wasn't expecting too much but actually went well. never feeling overly good but running well. 75s for the 2k feeling good enough, think it can easily be 5k pace in not too long. moving well on the split ks, closing with a 62 which felt less hard than the 63 last week. postive, fitness coming

long day of revision beforehand but felt good on the startline. planned to just tick off 75s laps for as long as possible and see where that went. pretty much solo from the start, everyone either running 70s or being behind me so didn't have much choice. bang on pace for the first 2ks but then started fading from there, just slipping off the pace to start but last 2k were tough. Would've been a lot easier with someone around but was just a tough grind. still nice to finally break 16 and feeling like there's more there
