Went heavier on squats, but can't squat as deep as before.
However, I could do clean and press using the legs without any problem.

First "run" since the 11 January, so almost 5 weeks out....
I walked most of it as it was very tussocky and the climb was crazy
Lower quad above the knee felt swollen after. Lo and behold I didn't do any stretching.
Cancelled RPM (as I'm such responsible person)
Seeing Kathryn tomorrow Friday.
