Etapp 5 and best by far. Everything fitted and besides getting nervous to no 1 I spiked the rest. Nice finish to a difficult week.

Some nice legs, spiked no 1 despited being very difficult.

Etapp 1, disaster orienteering. A shock to the system or to quote Alex “a reality check”.
Incredibly hot and swollen feet doesn’t help, but brain must have been swollen as well.
Bring on the winter ;)
