Parkrun no 2, almost 40 sec better than last week, but still over the 1/2h of shame :)
Walked the hill and felt better on 3rd km. Jo restarted and managed 29:56!

Putting my tape out in Arrow Valley for the Y.B. Final. Scorching 26deg, but ok just walking. So nice, lots of people around enjoying the sunshine.

Shoal Hill Cannock chase. When you are actually in the circle but kind find the kite. Arrhhh!
Super hot day 25deg and I got very dehydrated. Not my finest hour.
Planners did the best of a naff area, also found map a bit weird, but maybe that was the heat?
