BOC relays, ran Ad Hoc with Penny and Mike D.
I was first leg and maybe a bit too long after yesterday.
Enjoyed it and the orienteering went really well.
Messed up on controls out of 16

Amazing day and a good area.BOC long at Balmoral.
I got dehydrated and hindsight I should had taken a camelbak.
I drank loads before the race but it wasn’t enough.
Came 19 out of 32 sos little disappointed, but I’m on the right way.
