Made a terrible mistake on no 3, but it was too much over a runners course to suit me. Very easy orienteering around the buildings, shame.
But good as always to be running in the dark, I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.
Lots of concrete road running and I felt sore after, especially running with my spike cross.
