Appointment with John and ended up with having to see Cathryn after,
Told of about not stretching and the V5 vertebrae have gone into spasm.
Most likely pushing at the finish at parkrun last week.
Will now be good and stretch!! Scouts honour.

Went to Peter Reese and although it feels a little better it’s still bad. He never explains what’s wrong, but the usual tight hips and lower back issues.
