Appointment with Kathryn again, she gave me a lot of b******g but I think she sorted the calf. Little muscle gone tight south est of knee :)

Not the best, could squat without shooting pain in right calf.
Did my best and did 10kg on chest track for the first time!!

Double appointments with Kath Chiro and John.
Psoas has gone into spasm but Kath was amazing showing me what to do.
I am allowed to try RPM tomorrow if I am careful.
