Back on to rehab for knee. Same program as in June only this time it’s the right knee.
It’s making a terrible crunching noice when I walk up the stairs but not very painful. More around the knee and the calf pain Kathryn treated last week is now gone.

Crazy session with Kathryn, I was there for almost 1 hour and it was hell.
Going back for more pain on Monday.

Staying pretty light on squats but going all in on chest!

Note

Session with Kathryn and she had a proper go at IT band, hips, glutes etc.
She adjusted, then I had to do a squat and we must have done that about 20 times until she was satisfied. Back on Wednesday.
Did some foam rolling tonight and also used a tennis ball she gave me.
