Running 39:48 [3] 4.03 km (9:53 / km) +67m 9:08 / km
ahr:148 max:183 shoes: Salomon speedcross

Walked up to the top of the hill, then stretched, ran 1km, stretched again, ran to Spar, walked home.
No actual pain in the knee, but feeling stiff after.
Will try again in a couple of days.
Did plenty of stretching at home.

Thursday Feb 13 #

7 AM

Body Pump 43:46 [3]
ahr:118 max:145 shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 15 Gym

Went heavier on squats, but can't squat as deep as before.
However, I could do clean and press using the legs without any problem.

Orienteering (WEE Hope End) 1:01:00 [3] 3.9 km (15:39 / km) +119m 13:35 / km
ahr:138 max:180 shoes: Salomon spikecross 3

First "run" since the 11 January, so almost 5 weeks out....
I walked most of it as it was very tussocky and the climb was crazy
Lower quad above the knee felt swollen after. Lo and behold I didn't do any stretching.
Cancelled RPM (as I'm such responsible person)
Seeing Kathryn tomorrow Friday.

Note

Rehab no 4.
Knee much, much better. Just making a horrible sound and feeling tight.
No pain anywhere and I can stretch the quad quite well.
