Bought a new cross trainer and was testing it out this morning. Hopefully it will help towards being able to return to running. Only did 20 min, will build up day by day.

New spin bike at Maybank House! Did first RPM since March last year when DL closed due to COVID-19. Not the same standard bike as the gym, but good enough. Also have doms from this morning on the cross trainer, all good!
