Orienteering 1:00:12 [3] 4.4 km (13:41 / km) +210m 11:03 / km
ahr:152 max:168 shoes: Salomon spikecross 3

Long Distance (High Dam) but I had entered short which was lucky. Slow to no 1 (as always..) and a little mistake on 2 but otherwise fine and I could run a little more than on Saturday.
Finished off with a swim in Lake Windermere.

British Middle Champs Summerhouse Knott, Lake District.
A little scrappy on 3 controls but nothing major. Struggled with the running and had to walk most of it. Still really pleased. Weather amazing!

Highgate common with the boys. 26*C so we weren’t cold for a change.
Didn’t tape, but wore the knee supports and pain was quite bearable until maybe 3.5km.
It started to rain as we finished, really nice.
Oh and 2 min faster than last week!!!

Body Pump 37:46 [3]
ahr:108 max:138 shoes: Mizuno Wave Inspire 15 Gym

Short pump session after work followed by single leg hip bridges and a load of stretching.
Never did any stretching after the orienteering on Sunday and that bad habit must stop!
Right knee feels a little swollen and sore but maybe not surprising after the race.
