Boys did parkrun and I jogged around the stadium whilst waiting for them.
Knees hurt like mad, but it easies after maybe 5 min.
Will go back to try to tape next run.

1/2 term and chaos at Depdale. Dax saddle locked up and i ended having a lesson on Sam!!
