I'm not too good on an open area. Can run downhill like before and I must have lost loads of time. Did a few silly contouring around to avoid climb and rocky details.
2.5km to start and about 2km from finish, we got value for money!
Really windy but blue skies, area was breathtakingly beautiful!

Oh how bloody typical! Having a really good run only to start to relax, thinking how well if was going only to mess up like crazy on control 11.
So angry I cant even be happy with the 12 controls that went well...
Amazing area, nice sunny weather but really windy.
Long walk to start and even longer from the finish, but well worth it!

Outdoors and I shared with a beginner.
Windy and lots of stuff going on. Not the best really.
Body is so sore after the JK weekend. Knees and hips hurt.
Pilates this afternoon should sort it out.
P.S. Almost couldn't get my boots on. Feet and calves so swollen.
Is this because of the stress on the body over the weekend or food related?
Will use leg machine tonight.

Reluctant relay...
Karen T got Covid so I had to take her leg. Knees screaming but I had a short leg so I guess I survived.
Army base where we did the southern nights a few years ago. No technical difficulty at all just look and run.
