Trying again with the 5m circles. Dax really struggled and on the left rein he broke into canter all the time.

Today we tried tröskelintervaller.... 10 x 3 min with 1.5min rest.
Probably too much with 10, should have done 8 but hey.
I was wearing my new heart rate monitor, but apparently I hadn't paired it properly
