Skipped my Saturday morning running routine in exchange for an extra hour of sleep. I did warm up and stretching exercises before catching an Uber ride to my lunch venue in San Jose. I have decided to invite my friends Josh and Hilarie to join me for tacos and drinks for Cinco de Mayo fiesta. Warm up and stretching exercises of choice are squats, pop squats, and squat holds.
