Group run with MVARC. Going for an easy run which turned out to be a really fun tempo run. Run up to Ben after the 1st mile, and then ran with Lyuda and Jyotsna as Ben and me were making a turn back to the start line. Rounded up my run to 6.3 this morning. Getting ready now for tomorrow's long run.

Easy run with a focus on running on an elevated surface while on the treadmill. Left side of my eye as I was running caught a glimpse of Stair Master, and Turbo Trainers and Rollers. Maybe try those next time and ask an opinion from a trainer familiar on such equipment.

Very enjoyable, medium distance treadmill run (1.5% to 3% elevation grade) after a long day of work related meetings then shuffled to my next event on Hamilton Avenue. A new friend invited me to her networking event where she is also a co-organizer, veggie pizza and wine for dinner. Very enjoyable night and even slighly inebriated after this JHTC sponsored event. Fun times. Ran into Jon unexpectedly as I was cooling down around 11 pm. Chat for another hour and a half! Seems like I have been running in to Jon lately.

Completed a progression run around Shoreline lake with a 2 minute warm up and a 2 minute cool down. A runner showed up making this run as I would call a fun trio run, incidentally she ran the Boston Marathon last year (her second marathon) which had the same gusty wind condition as this year's race. Fun times.
