Pretty poor run, fitness wasn’t there and had a real lack of focus making lots of small, scrappy errors. Wind was also horrible and I got blown over twice on the tops.

Easy navigation in the first half then got a bit more technical towards the end, no mistakes and pretty sure I took all the optimum route choices with just a few hesitations.

Kept the pace fairly steady throughout, scrappy nav at the start but caught Zac at #5 ran with him for a bit then dropped him to #11, nav improved after that and got into some nice control flow.

Keswick AC - 5',6',7',8' (4')

Pretty annoyed with this session. First didn't realise the hard group was running on trails so brought my road shoes and had to do the easier group. This meant I lead most reps which wasn't ideal and also took a few wrong turns on the loop which slowed the pace quite a bit.
