SOL - Birsemore Hill
Fairly average performance few scrappy errors in the circle and one big ~ 3’ route choice error on #2. Just feeling slow really and lacking the motivation to run fast. Also rolled my ankle on the path to #3 and was very cautious not to do it again from then onwards.

British Night Champs - Muir of Dinnet
Clean but safe until #8 where I lost focus and binned 1’. Then on #12 was maybe ~20m from the control saw the unmapped ride got properly thrown off and lost 3’. Complete lack of focus from here throwing away another ~7’ on the next 3 controls. Physically still feeling slow but think I could’ve got sub 50.

FVO Mass start night event @ Tulliallan

First section fairly clean then a few scrappy mistakes on the butterfly loops. Binned 10 mins at #18 then just walk/jogged it in from there. This is the bit up to #17.
