Workington Parkrun - 3rd

Started off in the lead everything feeling pretty cruisey, maybe a little too fast. Got to the downhill and tried to pick it up but the legs felt completely dead, Sunley passed couldn’t stick on his tail. Just continued to fall further back, had no energy and the legs lacked any zip. Plodded round the rest for an absolutely shit time. Definitely time to tone down the mileage especially with the JK coming up. I thought 60k weeks would be fine but felt really tired in recent days and don’t want to risk overtraining and burning out so I’ll drop it to 50k for now so hopefully I can feel a bit fresher.
