Another easy 45 along the river. Left hamstring felt tight and sore so stopped to stretch it out and feels fine now.

Col de la Gliere with Daisy and Dad. Got the cable car up onto the mountain so at around 2000m altitude or higher for most. Cheated and took the chairlift up half of the big climb, didn’t want this run to be too hard though, just acclimatising before some bigger ascents in the next few days. Hopefully can do Mont Buet sometime.

Ez along the river in Chamonix with Dad. Absolutely wheezing the whole way, not sure why though as it’s only like 1100m up.

Got the cable car up the mountain and started running up the track to the col de chataillion with Dad. Then we heard barking and saw one of the big mountain dogs that bit Kasper a few years ago start to come running down the hill to us. We legged it down the track with some other guy and his dog and onto some lovely single track through the woods that went a back way to the pass. Was looking out for the big dogs though as apparently there here to protect sheep from the wolves.
