Good fun plodding about the fells. Didn’t take a great route and was a bit scrappy on a few controls so ended up a few points behind Joe. Nice to know I can go this long without any food or water tho.

PF flared up after 10mins so decided to bail to the road. Haven’t been doing my exercises the last few days simply because I haven’t felt any pain. I’ve gotta remember that just cause there’s no pain that doesn’t mean the problem’s gone. I’ll ice and roll it then see about the Copeland chase tomorrow.

Taking it fairly easy round the long, had an absolute nightmare to 5 ended running 200m down the hill only to have to go back up again. Too busy looking for marshes rather than using my compass.
