CP hill run x 2 with Charlie.

road biking 1:36:00 [3] 38.6 km (24.1 kph) +324m

out the end of pavement and up to RMR pavement hill. May have gone a little hard at the beginning and my back started hurting on the hill so took easy. A beautiful day. I wish it's like that every day.

Burpee pull up was brutal. My arms feel like jello now. Skip rope was fun. Gotta get better at doubles.

6min x 4 (-2min) on Assault bike was brutal. I wanted to get on rowing machine but every time I'm ready, they were all occupied. My watts were getting lower after each time.
