I did not want to warm-up twice

Day 2 NAOC -Red - felt tired at the end - total ~ 6.5 min lost - Ted had best time with 65 min - I needed perfect race to do it today - but over all 4 sec ahead of him

Red Course @ NAOC - total of 8 min lost time but no one had a good day - so I had a 4 min lead on everyone else. Good physical effort - payed with 3 min of coughing after finish
