absolutely unplanned, subway was flooded, had to run in the rain, that's when wearing uniform to work helps!

4 loops in Forest Park: 8:45 (145), 8:25 (147), 8:03 (153), 7:48 (158). Legs felt ~95%, and I did not need to push hard to increace the speed each loop. Nice day to run

Suffern to Bear Mountain Trail with Bernard (+ Declan, Jim and Roseanne half way (from fire tower on Jackie Jones Mont.)). Plan was to do it in 8 hrs I felt fine despite heat and humidity, but going up Pingip I felt nauseous and my blood pressure went thru the roof - Jim gave me 2 salt pills and 10 min later I felt better and after drinking a lot of water and taking it easy I was fine in 30 min and we were able to move again. No cramps - tired at the end - we had fine BBQ at Bernie's place. Thanks everyone for nice run and help and support.
The biggest problem today for me was chafing in my ... - bad choice of underwear
My weight went from 151 lbs in the morning to 146 lbs when we arrived back to Bernie's place, I am slowly gaining it back
