I woke up this morning much earlier than expected after a 24 hr ROGAINE. Measured my weight before and after food. Vlad said I have an unhealthy obsession with the electronic scale I use, he may be right but I am just gathering some data. Legs are stiff but OK, no permanent injuries.

Part 2 of the NA Champs ROGAINE with Bernard,
a bit sloppy today, waisted some points and time, but came back alive. 5-th overall, 2nd Masters. out of top 5 team we slept the most :-)
