Sunday Feb 4

road run warm up/down 25:00 [2] 4.5 km (5:33 / km) +10m 5:30 / km
ahr:140 max:152 slept:5.0 weight:156lbs
Before and after road race
road run race 26:03 [5] 4.0 mi (6:31 / mi) +45m 3:55 / km vdot: 49.9
ahr:169 max:179 shoes: Nike Air Pegasus 2006
4 miler in Central Park, felt good, a little hard to inhale 18F cold air, but not too bad, Swampfox must be dealing with much colder air and he seems to be free of brain frieze:).
Splits:
6:30 - 161 168
6:24 - 168 172
6:45 - 172 174
6:24 - 171 179
Felt OK, back held up for now, as allways needed stretching after running. Interesting - my RS800sd and Google pedometer show that this race was 140 m longer then 4 miles:)

Friday Feb 2

trail run 49:24 [3] 9.8 km (5:02 / km) +90m 4:49 / km

Running around in FP included 2 loops - 8:29 (157), 9:33 (153). The sensor readingds are accurate so far ~ 0.5 % mistake

Wednesday Jan 31

trail run 42:35 [3] 8.6 km (4:57 / km) +75m 4:45 / km
ahr:156 max:170 slept:8.0 weight:156lbs shoes: Nike Air Pegasus 2006
Two long horse loops in FP: 15:29 (157), 14:50 (160). Nice day out - up to an inch of snow dusting on trails. Tested new gizmo - Polar RS800SD, speed sensor was fairly accurate, right out of the box without any calibration on my part. I was surprised how speed drops up hills. Second loop was a fartlek.
C • Hm, interesting gadget :) 11
