kept myself warm before the race, it was not too cold, but standing around was not a good option with the wind.

Plan was to stay at 7 min/mile - it was easy to do with my new gizmo RS800SD, just last 3 miles the stride went from 133 to 129 cm, so the pace was just over 7 min - Finished 215 overall, out of 2800, 32-nd in M40+.
