skiing on icy crust in FP, twice experienced G-force, when skies lost grip: first time I hit ground with my head, not too bad - there is nothing up there to damage anymore; second - with my butt - hip, that did not feel good. Did not realized after second fall that my glasses were gone, had to come back from home to get them :). Great conditions thou, a bit windy on Victory Field. Lapland Lake - here we come!

What a day to run or ski! The crust on top of snow is concrete hard, and not slippery at all. If I knew that I would have gone skiing :). Forest Park lane x 4 times - 11:40 (149), 11:25 (149), 11:39 (151), 11:16 (153). I was a lttle bit overdressed - lost 2 lbs during this run.

over 3 in of snow on trails, felt like hard work all the way -snow got packed with frizzzzing rain. Perfect O-training. I was tired after 30min.
