Orienteering race (Red - Classic) 1:08:55 [5] **** 10 km (6:54 / km) +285m 6:02 / km
ahr:165 max:173 spiked:10/15c shoes: VJ-Integrators-2006
Started OK, then luck of training showed up in form of errors ~ some of them discovered after the race, comparing splits with Z-man. I was quite tired toward the end of race.
Achilles tendon was tolerable; I would say that running did not feel right since I was favoring one leg.

ahr:140 max:165 slept:3.0 weight:158lbs shoes: Icebugs MR2 - 2005
Total for 2 warm-ups before sprints, Ahilles tendon is holding

ahr:166 max:176 spiked:15/15c shoes: Icebugs MR2 - 2005
Pig Sprint 1 - no errors - just slow, may be ~ 20 sec of hasitations
Orienteering race (Sprint) 21:55 [5] *** 3.5 km (6:16 / km) +130m 5:17 / km
ahr:172 max:180 spiked:14/14c shoes: Icebugs MR2 - 2005
1 rout error for 25 sec on last leg, still slow

Sprint 3 (Blue/Red) - Splits

Sprint 3 (Blue/Red) - Splits

Friday Mar 16

Event: Flying Pig XI

Note
slept:6.0 weight:158lbs
All flights were canceled, so we drove thru blizzard to Ohio. Z-man was cool, surviving 16 hours drive behind the wheel

Thursday Mar 15

road run warm up/down (commute) 25:00 [2] 4.5 km (5:33 / km) +25m 5:24 / km
slept:6.0 shoes: Nike Air Pegasus 2006
No problems on short runs, using gel inserts in shoes

Monday Mar 12

Note
(injured)
Repetition training was supposed to begin, but the state of my Achilles tendon is requiring rest and therapy; I am not looking forward racing coming weekend in Ohio
C • Right! Skip Ohio, but be ready for the Brooklyn 1/2 1
