Skiing in Lake Placid - from Cascade to Perimeter, via Perimeter to Ski Stadium, Ladies 5 km in 26 min, 4x Flatlander's Extension Loop and back to Cascade via Three Trails Loop - much softer tracks today after 6 inches of new snow. I felt tired after yesterday, but enjoyed it nevertheless. Not too many people on the trails today. No knee pain during or after skiing this weekend

Skiing in Lake Placid - from Cascade to Perimeter - than 25 km loop used that day for LP Loppet - to my surprise Daddy-O passed me early on Perimeter trail - he was racing, on a second loop of 50 km free style race, and I followed him for about 6 km to the finish, we talked for a while, and I went on with my skiing. Great conditions, well groomed, tough course - fist time I went over full Porter Mountain Loop without stopping to catch my breath. I was quite tired at the end.

1.5 primeter loop in Forest Park - running felt easy today, but right knee let me know it was in charge after 40 min.
