| Lost 13 min on first conrtol on parallel error - then had a great run - pushed hard, minor hasitations after bomb on #1. I had to go back to the start - had no clue where I was, only figured it all out after finish by looking at different course map. Last time I had a bomb like that was in 1984 :) |

| Evening sprint - blisters from the morning run bothered me, but I ran well - still ~ 1 min of minor hasitations mistakes and corrections. Will ran it in 14:28 - that is fast. |
