4 loops in Forest Park - last 3 loops - fartlek - hard running uphill - 30-70 sec, normal pace flat and downhill: 8:52, 8:06, 7:56, 8:02. Right knee felt OK, despite the little swelling.

Forest Park trails are covered with snow and ice, so I ran on Park Lane Drive x 4 times: 10:37 (145), 10:22 (149), 10:17 (150), 10:06 (154). Knee is fine, but not 100%, no pain, just some funny feeling.
